Cancellation Policy (Please read before booking)

Before booking the Japanese Calligraphy Experience – 60-Minute Program, please review our cancellation policy below. By proceeding with your reservation, you agree to the following terms:

• Cancellation after booking: 10% of the total fee
• Cancellation between 7 and 4 days before the experience: 30% of the total fee
• Cancellation between 3 and 2 days before the experience: 50% of the total fee
• Cancellation 1 day before the experience: 75% of the total fee
• Same-day cancellation or no-show: 100% of the total fee
